Wahid Ali is a 2014 SS/ with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Fayetteville, GA who attends Fayette County. Has a large athletic projectable frame with a solid build. Displayed good sure hands at short with a good transfer, a quick release, good arm strength and have online carry. Throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action and has a good follow through. He occasionally throws a curveball with 11-5 break but should work it in more to keep hitters guessing. Has an open stance at the plate with a sound approach. Has good balance at the plate with a good swing, lifts the ball, and goes back up the middle well. Is an excellent student.
