WP - Tim Ramseyer is a 2005 RHP from Torrey Pines HS in CA. At 6'2", 180, Tim has an extra large frame with good upside as his body matures. Tim throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a loose arm out front. He has a good feel for his changeup and can hit his spots well to induce many ground balls. He also showed good bite on his curveball with some depth and slight tilt. Tim showed a good mound presence with poise and solid mechanics. As his body matures he will gain velocity to his fastball to go along with his solid secondary pitches. Tim is also a solid student.
