Logan Howell is a 2013 OF/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from College Station, TX who attends A & M Consolidated HS. Medium framed athletic build, some strength with more to come. 6.61 runner, very good speed, shows outfield arm strength despite raw footwork, accurate on line throws, could be 90+ mph outfield arm with adjustments. Right handed hitter, shows present bat speed, loose easy swing with good extension out front, some uppercut in swing plane, would be more effective looking more gap power and less hunting home runs. Also pitched, good balanced delivery, 3/4's arm slot, fastball to 84 mph, 12/6 downer curveball showed good spin and tightness. Lots of present tools and projects well in all areas. Good student.
