Eric Tucker is a 2014 OF/1B, 3B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Lemont, IL who attends Lemont Twp. Tucker has a large frame with an athletic build. Defensively he attacks the ball well in the outfield with solid footwork. Tucker has solid actions and plays through the ball well. He has some arm strength with velocity up to 82 MPH with carry on his throws. At the plate, Tucker starts with a wide base and a high hand set. He uses a leg kick load to start his swing and has a contact approach. Tucker has a level swing path and made line drive contact. He made hard contact and he has present gap to gap pop. Tucker has some hitting tools with some bat speed. Very good student.
