Tarun Malik is a 2013 C with a 5-9 185 lb. frame from Markham, ON who attends Bill Crothers. Medium, athletic build with quickness and strength. Good defensive backstop, has feel for position. Good body control. Quick release, good transfer, stays online. Arm works well, consistent pops below 2.00. Right handed hitter. Raw at plate but showed quickness in bat. Front side approach with aggressiveness. Middle of the field approach. Sees off-speed well. Excellent student.
