Tyson Abbott is a 2015 C/MIF, OF, RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from West Burlington, IA who attends West Burlington HS. Abbott has a medium lean frame with room to fill out. As a catcher he had good footwork with good catching actions and accurate throws. Can improve behind the plate by setting up lower when receiving the ball. As a right handed hitter he had a high hand set with a good set up and a line drive swing plane. Showed the ability to drive the ball the other way. Good Student.
