Dallas Perez is a 2014 OF/2B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Pembroke Pines, FL who attends American Heritage HS. Medium athletic frame, has some present strength. 6.92 runner, shows his speed in the outfield, runs good routes, raw arm strength, will need to improve throwing fundamentals. Right handed hitter, straight stance, rock back load, tends to drop hands to start swing creating length, beginnings of some bat speed, line drive plane, mid field contact, has hitting tools to develop. Aggressive baserunner with first step quickness. Also pitched, effort delivery, cross body release, mid 3/4's slot, lots of movement on low 80's fastball, soft curveball. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect Team.
