Kyle Simmons is a 2013 OF/1B with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from West Friendship, MD who attends McDonogh School. Long athletic build with present strength and room to add more. Good athlete, 6.83 runner. Long arm action, quick release in outfield, downhill throws, can hit cut-off man. More arm strength to come. Right handed hitter with open stance, stays upright and is tight to body with hands. Aggressive on front side, looks to hit the ball out front. Swing plane projects. Will benefit from more use of lower half. Definite power potential. Good student.
