J. Kyle Kornegay is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-5 230 lb. frame from Anchorage, AK who attends Diamond. Big strong build. 3/4 arm slot, long arm action, online delivery with good extension out front. Have seen more velocity out of him in the past. Arm works well, curveball has 11-5 break. Hits from a slightly open stance with a slight crouch and high hand set. Long balanced swing with extension, swings hard, aggressive approach. Solid footwork defensively at 1B, playable arm, smooth hands.
