Noeh Martinez is a 2013 3B/RHP, OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends LaSalle. Lean, athletic build with room to fill. Showed solid actions on infield. Quickness in feet, good balance, hands are soft, and fielded cleanly. Arm works well with quick release from infield. Outfield actions were clean as well, ball comes out of hand well. At plate, lets ball travel and uses quickness in hands to spray line drives. Level swing plane, goes opposite field well. Quickness in swing, not much loft but additional strength will add some power. Ran well. Named to Top Prospect Team.
