Grant Davis is a 2011 MIF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Newport Beach, CA who attends J Serra HS. Slender live middle infielder's build. Gliding actions defensively, moves through the ball well, quick compact release, confident defensive player with good balance/actions, arm strength best suited for second base. Left handed hitter, aggressive approach, sound hitting mechanics, squares up well, some present bat speed, good extension out front, has quick hands to the ball, has a plan at the plate. 7.11 runner, very aggressive and instinctive on the bases. Solid all around player who can contribute at the next level.
