Jared Jeffries is a 2006 MIF/OF from SW DeKalb in Lithonia, GA, with a 5'9'', 165 lb. frame. A lean and athletic player with good all-around skills. Jeffries is a player you have to see consistently to truly appreciate. He is just a great baseball player with versatility defensively. He can play the middle infield and outfield showing a quick and strong arm, nice footwork, range, plus body control, and good actions. Jeffries makes quick turns at second base as well. Offensively he is a right handed hitter with good bat speed and makes consistently solid contact. He is a line drive hitter that doesn't try to do too much, but he can still drive the gaps with surprising pop for his size. He is a patient hitter with a good eye who will be a great top of the order hitter at the next level. He is a gamer that any coach would love to have on their team. A must follow.
