2003 Midwest Top Prospect Showcase
Parsons is an "05" Middle Infielder from Ontario. At 5'10/175 he looks strong with a somewhat thick build. He runs fairly well and shows a real nice smooth quick arm in the infield. His actions are a bit stiffer than need be. At the plate he shows an easy contact type swing that tends to lose balance at times. He's only a junior and needs to get a little more aggressive at the plate. David is a good student.
