Cocci is a 5-10, 145 lb sophomore middle infielder from Rhode Island. He has a young body with a broad back that should get stronger and quicker as he gets older and has a young face as well. Cocci has good infield actions with fundamentally strong footwork and developing arm strength. Despite his youth, Cocci generates some bat speed with wood from a wide, closed stance. He likes getting his hands extended through the ball and made solid line drive contact to the middle of the field and to the opposite field. Cocci is a 7.43 runner in the 60. Keep an eye on Cocci because he's a young kid from the Northeast who has some upside and is going to keep improving.
