Hank Lindeman is a 2007 RHP/SS with a 5'11'', 180 lb. frame from Tampa FL, who attends Jesuit HS. He has a medium build and developing strength. Lindeman throws from a 3/4's release point and a quick cross body delivery. He threw both a 2-seam and 4-seam fastball. His 2-seamer had nice running life at 80-82 mph and he worked the inside half of the plate to right handed hitters with it. His 4-seamer was up to 85 mph and he spotted it well. Lindeman's 69 mph curveball had tight spin and break and was an effective pitch. He also threw a 74 mph change up. Lindeman worked quickly and showed excellent command of his pitches along with a good mound presence and knowledge of pitching. Lindeman also did some things to show he was a solid athlete off the mound. He ran the 60 in 7.21 and hit the ball well. He has advanced hitting mechanics with a nice line drive swing and could develop as a hitter with some work. Lindeman is a good student.
