Robert Willis is a 2007 C/RHP/2B that attends Trinity Catholic HS and resides in Lecanto, FL with a 6'0", 182 lb. frame. Robert has a well-developed athletic build. At the plate Robert has an aggressive approach and is a solid contact hitter. Robert needs to work on his balance and load, so he can produce more power in his swing. Behind the plate Robert has solid footwork and commands the game fairly well. He catches with two hands at times and needs to be careful during games. Robert throws from a high 3/4 arm slot on the mound and makes hitters put the ball in play. He showed a fairly tight slider but rarely threw the pitch. Robert is a solid student that could attract attention from some smaller colleges.
