2003 South Top Prospect Showcase
Fulfer is an excellent speedy outfielder who showed good actions and he can hit and throw too. His tools showed well as the numbers above indicate. His swing was short and quick, making consistent contact. His swing is without a full hip turn and finish limiting the power with wood. This contact type approach results in MLB plus home to first times. We clocked him at 4.22 to first with a quick jump out of the box. At 5'10/165 he will get stronger over the next couple years. There's no doubt that he should end up playing at a good college program. Brazos is an excellent student.
