Jon Ostroff is a 2014 LHP/ with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Delmar, NY who attends Bethlehem Central. Tall, proportioned, lean frame. Throws from a three-quarter arm slot and has a short, repeatable arm action. Fastball sits between 74-77 mph and shows occasional arm side running action. Knows how to locate his fastball. Also will mix at 69 mph curveball with 11-5 rotation, and would sometimes have 12-6 action. Also flashes a changeup at 70 mph. Has a quality three pitch. Good student.
