Cody Kildow is a 2014 OF/C with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from South Chesterfield, VA who attends Matoaca. Medium, lean frame with room to fill out and add strength. Good athlete, running a 6.93 60 yard dash. Athleticism plays in the outfield, showing quick feet and getting in good position to make the play. Short arm action on throws, showing some arm strength which will continue to develop. Behind the plate has good receiving skills. Gains ground towards second on throws well, working through the ball with accurate throws. Right handed batter who works from a closed base with an upright stance and hand set away from body. Shows some bat speed and ability to get the barrel through the zone well. Good student.
