Drew Mahoney is a 2015 2B/SS with a 6-0 183 lb. frame from West Suffield, CT who attends Suffield Academy. Medium, lean athlete, looks the part up the middle. Ran a 7.31 60 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced setup and looks to hit to the middle of the field. Flashes gap power. Uses a leg lift trigger and knows how to lift the ball. Has an aggressive, free swinging approach. Solid infield arm strength across the diamond and makes the throws accurately. Shows a quick first step and good hands to play up the middle.
