Peter Bocchino is a 2014 3B/2B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Saugus, MA who attends Governor Dummer Academy. Medium projectable frame with a compact strong build. Has good soft hands on the infield, with a good arm action, and shows lateral agility. Has good actions, keeps the ball in front of him and his throws are online. Has low hands with a slightly open stance to start at the plate with a toe-tap trigger. Short compact swing, with a line drive approach and gets good extension. Uses all fields at the plate with power in his bat. Is a very good student.
