Kenneth Fortune is a 2014 SS/OF with a 5-7 137 lb. frame from Elkton, MD who attends North East. Smaller frame, plenty of room to get stronger. Has some speed, ran a 7.21 60 yard dash. Shows sound infield actions, moves around well and makes all the plays. Impressive arm strength for his size, throws carry and he's consistently on-line. Good middle infield skill set. Bats right-handed, holds his hands high, a little rigid at the plate. Hits out of a slight crouch. High contact rate, hits line drives and uses the whole field. Will be better with strength, hits off his front foot right now. Smart player. Good student.
