Nicholas Timken is a 2017 RHP/3B with a 5-11 220 lb. frame from Stonington, CT who attends Tabor Academy. Large frame with broad shoulders and a strong lower half. Right handed pitcher who shows a short arm actions and throws from an over the top arm slot. Easy arm action with a balanced delivery and gets over front side well. Fastball topped at 71 mph with occasional cut. Developing a feel for 12/6 curveball, which topped at 59 mph. Will get better downhill with better use of lower half. Right handed pitcher who keeps hands in on balanced swing. Strength in swing and flashed power to his pull side.
