Cole Lemmel is a 2015 OF/3B, RHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Point Loma. Medium frame, thin athletic build. Long stride, long aggressive swing, solid bat speed, ball carries when squared, hit well in game at-bats. Good carry on outfield throws from compact arm action, arm works well, good arm strength and use of momentum into throws. Pitches from a low three quarters arm slot with a compact arm action in back and extended release out front. Online delivery with sound mechanics, good balance and commanded fastball well. Sharp 11-5 break on curveball, also showed well on the mound. Good all around athlete. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine West Top Prospect Team.
