Issac Bracken is a 2016 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Berthoud, CO who attends Berthoud HS. Slender build but has added noticeable weight over the past year. Very good raw physical tools. Runs a 6.83 sixty and has big arm strength from both the infield and outfield. Long actions in the infield give him a third base profile but could be very good there. Right handed hitter with a high effort swing, has lots of raw bat speed and good extension out front, head tends to fly off minimizing square talent. Has significantly improved on the mound and may have a brighter future at that position. Stays over the rubber in his delivery well, high 3/4's arm slot. Hit 89 mph early on his fastball and pitched consistently in the 85-87 mph range with good life. Curveball showed tight spin and good power. Did a good job working low and throwing strikes. Whole key to future development is to play with less effort and slow the game down, all the physical tools are there. Good student.
