Cameron Marshall is a 2013 OF/LHP with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Cary Academy. Tall thin frame, wide hips, projectable body. Big raw power, toe tap trigger, rotational swing, strength in swing, ball jumps when squared. Raw mechanics, doesn't get weight shifted through the ball as much as he should but still hammered the ball to the warning track on pullside consistently. With improved swing mechanics he has a chance to be a high level hitter. Moves well in OF, solid arm speed but doesn't incorporate lower half into throws, easy actions, loose arm, accurate throws. Pitches from a three quarter arm slot, tall and fall delivery, long in back, lacks front side, long arm action, needs to improve balance in delivery. Raw and athletic with upside. Good student.
