Kyle Cala is a 2014 OF/SS with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Brick, NJ who attends Brick Memorial. Medium build with good present athleticism. Ran a 7.10 60 yard dash. Shows an outstanding throwing arm from the outfield. Has good carry on his throws, and shows good actions. High upside defender. Switch hitter, shows good bat control when behind in counts. Balanced setup, produces consistent line drives, repeats his swing mechanics well. Line drive type hitter. Good base runner with a well rounded offensive skill set. Very good student.
