Brigham Hill is a 2014 RHP/MIF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Nacogdoches, TX who attends Nacogdoches HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. Simple leg raise delivery, balanced mechanics, low effort with good pace, high 3/4's arm slot. Steady low 90's fastball, spent lots of time at 92/93 mph, gets good run and sink at times. Quality change up with very good arm speed, some late life, throws change up with confidence. Slurve type breaking ball, tends to slow a bit on release, good depth at times, can improve breaking ball to take the next step. 7.00 runner, shows his athleticism in the infield, very good arm strength, clean actions with good hands at the ball, plays a bit straight up at times. Right handed hitter, spread stance, rotational hitter with limited shift, high loose finish, looks to pull the ball. Good student, verbal commitment to Texas A&M.
