Christian Sanchez is a 2012 RHP with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Coamo, PR who attends Colegio Valvanera HS. Stocky strong build, pretty mature physically, Fast paced high effort delivery, falls off to the first base side on release, 3/4's release point, hides the ball effectively. Primary fastball pitcher, spots his fastball well to the corners and will try to make hitter's chase, fastball topped out at 81 mph. Soft sweeping curveball with soft spin, didn't see change up and would benefit from one. Athletic and quick off the mound defensively.
