Daniel Rivero is a 2013 2B/OF with a 5-6 126 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends John A Ferguson HS. Smaller build, minimal present strength. Right handed hitter, simple fluid swing, quiet set up, bit of a reverse stride, gets barrel to the ball well but lacks the present strength to drive it, good balance and timing, mostly pull contact. 7.38 runner, sound footwork fundamentals in the infield, hands are soft and sure, could work through the ball better, actions and tools work on middle infield. Good student.
