Carl Svanevik is a 2011 OF/RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Woodinville, WA who attends Woodinville. Svanevik has a very slender athletic build with a trim waist and sloped shoulders, he also has room for continued size and strength gains. Showed very good footwork and defensive skills in the outfield, quick and aggressive to the ball, comes through on throws and shows good arm strength. Throws carry to the bag. Open stance at the plate and makes solid contact when he stays closed. Shows pop, and can drive the ball to left field. Good tool set. Good student.
