Isaac Pannell is a 2011 MIF/RHP with a 5-11, 170 lb. frame from Knoxville, TN who attends Farragut HS. Lean athletic build, body projects to fill out well. Aggressive hitting approach, good bat speed, stays inside the ball, good bat control, ball jumps off the bat some. Clean infield actions, quick feet, solid MIF arm. Long easy arm action on the mound, velo projects, fastball gets on hitters quick, very tight spin on slider, keeps hitters guessing, good feel for pitching. Very strong student.
