Dwight Smith is a 2011 OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Peachtree City, GA who attends McIntosh HS. Strong well proportioned frame, resembles his ML father physically. Polished hitter with plus bat speed, big leg raise trigger, stays balanced and coiled to explosion, sees ball very well, quality swings against top stuff, shows pull power with lift/extension in his swing, upper level hitter. 6.74 runner, moves around the outfield well, probable LF arm strength in his future. Pro bat! Good student.
