WP - Jairo Mateo is a Free Agent from the Dominican Republic. Jairo has a solid and athletic frame. He shows fluid actions in the middle infield and a quick release with some present arm strength (84IF). Jairo shows good hands at the plate and will go with the pitch to all fields with surprising power to RF. Has good first step quickness and is a better base runner than the 60 time shows. He wants to play the game and is a polished middle infielder that can help any program.
