Rudy Flores is a 2009 1B/3B/P/OF with a 6'3'', 203 lb. frame from Corpus Christi, TX who attends Moody HS. Rudy has a big, country strong build and shows good arm strength. He has an aggressive swing at the plate with serious big time power. He has bat speed and was hitting balls with wood off the upper deck during batting practice. Can drive the ball out of any ballpark and shows good overall hitting tools. He is also mid to upper 80's on the mound. Rudy is a good student and has one of the top power bats in the 2009 class. He is fun to watch in the batters box.
