Spencer Frazier is a 2009 MIF with a 5'8'', 140 lb. frame from Capitola, CA who attends Soquel High School. He has a lean athletic frame, made the plays in the IF, solid hands, feet, and an accurate arm. At the plate he showed a quick bat, flat through zone, was strong at contact, compact line drive swing, good player who plays hard. He also excels in the classroom.
