Clay Joseck is a 2014 3B/C, RHP with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends Katy. Strong athletic build with an athletic frame. Has a strong arm across the infield with a quick arm action and good footwork. He shows quick actions behind the plate with a strong arm, good transfer and release with good blocking skills. Line drive approach at the plate with good balance. Short compact swing with good bat speed, hits the ball to all fields makes solid contact and has good power in his bat. Pitches from a 3/4 release point, is aggressive with his fastball, has good depth to his slider. Has a mound presence with a short arm action and has cut action on his fastball. Is an outstanding student.
