Nikko Liguori is a 2017 MIF/ with a 5-7 165 lb. frame from Branford, CT who attends Branford. Medium, athletic frame with lean build and good projection remaining. Ran 40 yard dash in 5.19 seconds. Leg lift into swing mechanics, lengthy stride to landing spot, does a good job staying on balance and using lower half into swing as well. Clean hand path with line drive plane, did a good job getting the head out front and spraying line drives to all fields with developing strength off the barrel. Stays committed to the middle of the field well. Shows quick feet defensively in the infield, good footwork overall with range to both sides, fields cleanly both forehand and backhand and transfers quickly. Gets off a clean and quick release across the infield with good accuracy on throws up to 76 MPH.
