C. Andrew Seaton is a 2008 LHP with a 6'5'', 185 lb. frame from San Diego, California, who attends Torrey Pines High School. Seaton has a good frame that is tall with long levers. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a medium arm action. Seaton has a balanced delivery with good mechanics. He gets occasional arm side run on his fastball that topped out at 68 mph. He also mixes in a 55 mph curveball with a 1/7 break. He throws both pitches for strikes, and he moves the ball around showing pitchability. At the plate he is a right handed hitter with a flat bat path. Seaton is a contact hitter with a compact swing. He shows patience and doesn't chase bad pitches. Seaton is a very good student as well.
