Nash is a 5-11, 150 lb. 2006 catcher from Arizona with a thin strong frame. Nash has some present strength and has sloped shoulders. Nash gets rid of the ball fairly quick on throws to second base. At the plate, Nash starts with a slightly closed stance with high hands. Nash showed some patience at the plate and looked to get his pitch. Nash uses a toe tap trigger and a spray approach. He has a quick bat with a nice short stroke. Nash showed balance in his swings and looks to hit line drives. With some added strength, Nash should continue to improve.
