Jacob Goodman is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Greenwood Village, CO who attends Arapahoe HS. Young, athletic build with a projectable frame. Primary middle infielder, glove work plays, accurate throws across the diamond from a lower arm slot, shows arm strength which will continue to develop. Needs to charge in on the ball more and work through it. Left-handed hitter, starts from an upright stance and uses a leg lift trigger for timing. Shows bat speed, getting the barrel through the zone well and squaring up the ball, has the ability and approach to hit to all fields. Good student.
