Kyle Gonzales is a 2007 3B/1B/C with a 6'0'', 165 lb. frame from Westminster CA, who attends Marina. Gonzales has a good body with a lean athletic build. Defensively, Gonzales has good hands and solid footowork to the baseball. He moves well around the bag at 1st and is a versitle defender. Gonzales has a quick release from behind the plate and has arm strength. At the plate, Gonzales has a good quick swing and his hands work well through his swing. He has quick hands and bat speed. Gonzales pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a good arm action. He has arm speed and pitches with low effort. Gonzales has good mechanics and has armside run and sink on his fastball. Legit two way prospect.
