2003 Sunshine East Showcase
Steffan is a tall, lanky RHP that projects. His arm works well, loose and long. He shows athletic ability, good mechanics and the ability to fill the strike zone with all his pitches. We are sure he's thrown better than the low 80s we saw in Ft Myers. Even more sure that he will end up tacking on a lot more velocity in the future. E threw 84 from the outfield. We liked the way he competes, could be a big sleeper, he has room to get much bigger and stronger.
