Jose Castillo is a 2011 C/ with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Yuma, AZ who attends Cibola. Castillo has a good frame, hits from a wide base, pull approach with extension out front, good use of lower half to drive baseballs, shows bat speed, consistent contact, defensively, does good job staying low and blocking balls in dirt, accurate throws, will throw from knees, ball has carry to second, good feet.
