Tyler Price is a 2010 MIF/P/3B with a 5'10'', 170 lb. frame from Edmond, OK who attends Deer Creek HS. Athletic build on medium frame. Good looking defensive middle infielder, balanced clean actions, good hands, quick easy release, glides to ball well, quick first step, can play shortstop. Simple rotational swing, tends to dip back shoulder and upper cut, good contact when extended, leveling swing would help consistency. Also pitches, FB to 81 mph, sharp slurve type slider with some depth, quick tempo. Good student. Tyler showcased himself in Texas while battling a slight quadriceps injury. He expects a speedy recovery.
