Mason Virant is a 2009 3B/P/SS with a 6'0'', 170 lb. frame from Seattle, WA who attends Seattle Prep. Athletic build, good approach on infield, makes plays, soft hands, always in motion, flows to ball, good range to both sides, body control, quick transfer and release. Open stance at plate, contact approach, hands work inside, good path, head stays on, aggressive. Very good student.
