Frank can definitely pitch! He throws strikes and competes out on the mound. He topped out at 84 FB with good late movement on the FB. He has 3 pitches and can locate them all. His mechanics are solid and shows confidence. Not the biggest of players, he will still play at the next level. He's got room to add more size and strength. He could be a big sleeper!
