Michael Feliz is a 2016 MIF/OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Englewood Cliffs, NJ who attends IMG Academy. Medium-large frame, sturdy, athletic build with impressive present strength and physicality. Primary infielder, shows very good fundamentals, game-actions. Fields ball out in front, moves well to both sides, and works through ball very well. Also works through the ball well in the outfield, has quick release and big-time arm strength, clocked at 93 mph from outfield and 90 mph from infield. Right handed hitter, slight crouch at plate with wide base and high hands set, high leg lift trigger. Aggressive approach, swings hard and gets bat through zone well with good hand quickness. Consistent hard, line drive contact all over the field with an up-the-middle approach, flashes ability to get extended. Very good student. Verbally commitment to the University of Notre Dame.
