Sidney Duprey is a 2014 LHP with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Guayama, PR who attends Fountain Christian HS. Big thick physical build. Well paced delivery, smooth arm action, clean arm circle, high 3/4's arm slot, gets downhill well. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 88 mph early, fills up the zone with his fastball and gets good running action, can spot his fastball. Tends to shorten arm action on curveball, good spin with nice 1/7 depth, some feel for his change up. Has the ability to mix it up and change speed effectively. Maintaining good conditioning will be key. Good student.
