Jordan Church is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-8 185 lb. frame from Round Rock, TX who attends Stony Point. Church has a lanky, athletic build. High 3/4 release, medium arm circle, extended release, good leg drive with extension to plate, exceptional body control for size, repeats delivery, has armspeed, fastball has life, 11/5 curve with good late break, has solid feel for pitching, could throw real hard in future. Also hit, slightly open, loose swing, aggressive approach, ball jumps when centered. He is a good student.
